Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide, but some Asian countries and remote areas might be excluded. If you’re unsure, just give us a holler!

Returns & Exchanges
If your gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In their original packaging – just like when they left our corral
Items That Can’t Be Returned:
- Final sale items (marked as such on the product page)
- Personalized or custom-made western wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
How to Return or Exchange

Place your items securely in the original packaging (or similar sturdy packaging) and include all tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method – we can’t be responsible for lost returns. - Send It Back

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund faster than a mustang at full gallop:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Processing Time: 3-10 business days after we approve your return (depending on your bank)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility
Exchange Information
Want a different size or style? No problem!
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly state in your email what you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply)
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

If your western wear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “giddyup!” and cover return shipping costs.
