A: We specialize in authentic western fashion with a modern twist! Our collection includes fringe-trimmed jackets, twirl-worthy dresses, pearl-snap shirts, lambskin leather accessories, jeans, pants, and tops – all designed to make you look and feel like the belle of the rodeo!
Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Just like a good pair of boots, our sizing runs true to fit! We provide detailed size charts for each product to help you find your perfect match. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for that comfortable frontier feel.
Q: Do you offer plus sizes?
A: Absolutely! We believe every cowgirl deserves to shine, which is why we offer select styles in extended sizes. Look for the “Plus Size” filter in our menu to find these special pieces.

💰 Payment & Account Questions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. Unfortunately, we can’t accept gold nuggets or cattle trades at this time!
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Safer than a bank vault in Tombstone! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information, and we never store your full payment details on our servers.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send you instructions faster than you can say “yeehaw!” to reset your password and get you back in the saddle.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We’ve got two trusty options to deliver your western treasures:
  • Express Stagecoach (Standard Shipping): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after processing
  • Covered Wagon Special (Free Shipping): Free for orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Our ranch hands need 1-2 business days to carefully pack your order with the same attention we’d give our own saddlebags before it hits the trail.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We sure do! We ship our ranch-refined style worldwide, though some remote areas (particularly in Asia and certain frontier territories) might be beyond our current delivery routes. We’re constantly expanding our trails to reach more fashion-loving cowgirls across the globe!
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You bet! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number faster than a jackrabbit in a tumbleweed storm. Follow your package’s journey from our Texas ranch to your front porch with real-time updates.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Not loving your purchase? Send it back within 15 days of arrival – no hard feelings, partner! Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We’ll refund your payment method (minus original shipping costs) once we receive the return.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Just saddle up to your email and send a message to [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll send you faster-than-lightning instructions on how to send your items back to our Austin ranch.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item (following our return policy) and placing a new order. This is actually the quickest way to get what you want, as we process refunds immediately upon receiving returns.

Q: How can I contact customer service?
A: Our friendly wranglers are ready to help! Shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll respond faster than a rattlesnake strike (usually within 24 hours).
Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our ranch operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Central Time. While we might be out rounding up cattle on weekends, we’ll still respond to emails as quickly as we can!
Q: Where are you located?
A: Our headquarters is at 3366 Progress Way, Austin, US 16720 – right in the heart of Texas! While we don’t offer in-person shopping at this time, we welcome letters and postcards from our favorite cowgirls and cowboys.
